-Advanced registrations are required and are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Registration: Please print and fill out the registration form located on the website, and send it with the tuition. An email will be sent once registration and payment are received. A class is not secure until registration is received. Please contact us prior to sending in registration to check availability.
-Please check the Class Descriptions and Supply Information section at the bottom of each session schedule for any additional materials that need to be supplied by the student.
-Rules/Regulations and Safety Information-provided upon registration
-Payments are accepted by cash and check
Refunds
Tuition is refundable minus a processing fee as follows: Students may cancel up to 3 days before a class is scheduled to begin and receive a full refund. Students may drop a class any time after the first class of the session has met and before the second class meets and receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. Students choosing to drop a class after the second class of a session has met are not eligible for a refund. No refunds for workshops.
Class Cancellations/Student Absences
A full refund will be issued within 3 weeks if Right-Brained Studio (Kelly D. Pelka or affiliates) needs to cancel a class. Classes may be made up and rescheduled due to illness, vacation, etc. Rescheduling will be done on a case by case basis. Parents/guardians will be notified of cancelled classes due to teacher illness/extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances through e-mail and/or phone so be sure to provide your current contact info on the registration form.
