General Information
-$15 per workshop
-*$30/2 hr. workshop
-Advanced registration required no later than 3 days before the workshop date.
-All workshops can be repeated to learn something new each time
-All materials included
-Limit 8 participants per workshop, unless otherwise noted
-Workshops are available for All Ages or Multi-Age Groups. Please check under each workshop for age requirements. Enrollment for grade level artists should be for the grade in which they will be attending for the upcoming 2012-2013 academic school year. Workshop instruction will be directed towards each individual students’ needs and skill levels.
-Artists registered for 2 or more back to back workshops can stay in between the 15 min. break time. Please inform us upon registration.
-All workshop registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Registration: Please print and fill out the registration form located on the website, and send it with the tuition. An e-mail will be sent once registration and payment are received. Space in the workshop is not secure until registration is received. Please contact the studio prior to sending in registration to check workshop availability.
-Rules/Regulations and Safety Information-provided upon registration
-Payments are accepted by cash and check
Refunds
No refunds will be given for “a la cARTe” workshops. If a workshop is missed by a student due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, tuition may be applied towards another workshop within the “a la cARTe” Workshop schedule.
Workshop Cancellations/Student Absences
A full refund will be issued within 3 weeks if Right-Brained Studio (Kelly D. Pelka or affiliates) needs to cancel a workshop. Workshops may be made up only if they are cancelled by the teacher and will be re-scheduled. Parents/guardians will be notified of cancelled workshops due to teacher illness/extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances through e-mail and/or phone so be sure to provide your current contact info on the registration form. Please see above (Refunds) policy for student absences.
